Spicy Tuna Lettuce Burger
Fire up the grill for this pescatarian friendly burger. The Spicy Tuna Lettuce Burger recipe is a high protein, low carb alternative for staying fit as a family. Made with Bumble Bee® Spicy Thai Chili Seasoned Tuna Pouch With Spoon and packed with flavor this recipe will be a summer favorite.

Prep Time: 30 minutes or less
Servings: 3-4 servings
¼ cup breadcrumbs
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 egg
4 large butter lettuce leaves
1 small mango, cubed
Lime juice as desired
Heat up your grill (or skillet) to medium heat.
In a mixing bowl crack and beat the egg. Add the breadcrumbs and tuna, and combine thoroughly.
Form 4 patties from the mixture; do not pack two tightly to allow for proper heating.
Place patties on grill and heat for 5-10 minutes until browned, then flip and repeat.
When the patties are finished, place one patty on each leaf of lettuce. Top with pepper and mango for a tropical summer taste.
Add lime juice if desired and enjoy!
